Received replacement 6700 can't transfer contacts need help.

Can anyone tell me why when I sync my replacement 6700 with my computer everything but my contacts are transferred over? How do I get the contacts to move over to the replacement ppc6700? I refuse to sit down and manually put those contacts back into this phone. Please any help I would greatly appreciate. Before anyone asks I did do a search and although I got hits for my search criteria most of the threads that came up in my search didn't have any information I was looking for. I didn't want to read through more than 30 threads.

Go to options in ActivSync and remove the check from the contacts check box hit ok. Than open options again and recheck the box and hit ok again. That should do it your contacts should sync hope this helps.

Dude, you can also download Spb's Backup utility and backup your contacts, and then open the backup archive in your new phone. Pretty simple.

I will try this but I have another issue maybe someone here has heard of it. I bought MS Voice Command and I thought I had all the necessary files saved on my computer but when I went to it there was no executable file for which I can now send to my replacement handset. So it would seem I may have to purchase that stupid download insurance thing Handango has and I don't want to. They already owe me money as it is. Does anyone know a way for me to get the Voice Command from my previous handset to the new replacement handset? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You're not supposed to hijack your thread with a question about a totally unrelated subject, but seeing as how you don't know any better they'll probably let it slide. Check your pm's for an answer to your question.
