You're welcome =)

The Resco Explorer 2007 OEM is an example of an OEM that MUST be registered before it can be used, because it behaves as Colonel describes. There are, however, other applications that don't behave that way. Some work a certain number of times, and some work for a certain number of days, but the start date doesn't "start" until the first time the application is run.

I have yet to see an application that once installed as an OEM will NOT let you register correctly.

You'll need to look up the threads on creating OEMs. Depending on the software, there's a varying level of difficulty. A lot of people here have created OEMs for common software packages - some work better than others, though. Some have typos in the files that you can fix before building your ROM.

To the OP, there's nothing available by OEM that isn't available as a CAB for purchase or download depending on whether it's freeware or not. You won't (or shouldn't) find any OEMs that have commercial software that's usable without either copying your own .exe file into the OEM folder before cooking your ROM or having a registration key valid for your username.

Jonahan - credit given! Again, nice job on that OEM. If you ever do a voice command one let me know. I've thought about it but I just don't have the energy right now.

There are a few Voice Command OEMs on the FTP site that work great.

Try /Apache/Kitchen OEMs/Colonel_VoiceCommand or, if you prefer a bit of an English lilt, /Apache/Kitchen OEMs/luv2chill/Voice_Command_1_6_UK_OEM1_0_1.rar

You'll need to copy your VoiceCommand executable from your device to your computer, and then into the OEM before you create your ROM; since it's a commercial apps, the OEMs don't include that file.
