Strange phone behavior. Email/internet works, but phone does not

Earlier today, I realized my phone was not functioning. I'd place a call and it would just lag and say "dialing". then nothing happened. I can't receive calls either, BUT I still get my emails, and can get on the web and cruise around in the browser no problem. It still is dialing out and getting a EVDO speed signal for the internet. What gives? Anybody had this prob? thanks
