Custom Rom question

I'm building right now a custom rom from Helmi kitchen, i'm Ok for adding all program and placing the shortcut for these program where i want it to be like
\start menu\Programs\System Tools
\start menu\Programs\Online
\start menu\Programs\Games
etc etc etc, but the question i have right now is how can i make to put the OS shortcut, the one natively in the rom where i want them to be, like Internet Explorer.lnk into the \start menu\Programs\Online
AcitveSync.lnk into the \start menu\Programs\System Tools etc etc etc for al the .lnk files in the \start menu\Programs\ dir, thanx a lot! and i also want to remove all the shortcut from the \Start Menu\and put only the one i want to be there thanx for the help!

And i also have another question, i'm trying to add the crossbow theme into the phone and make it the default theme, i have make a oem package with this registry entry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today]
"Restriction"=dword:00000002
"UseStartImage"=dword:00000001
"Skin"="\\windows\\Crossbow.tsk"

It work all the color are ok but the background still is the WM5 default one, i have to go to the today menu select the default theme click OK go back to the today menu and reselect the Crossbow theme and now the background is OK, can someone tell me what i'm missing? thanx!

As for your first question, look at the initflashfiles.dat file in the LOC folder.

The second question is something colonel can answer for you, since I know he has done that before. There are several reg entries you need to put in to manually apply a theme.

JBabey also does the crossbow type theme as well. Might want to send him a PM.

You need to change out the default_stwater.gif files
