BigJ's Revision 1.6u (FINAL!) ROM updated: 5/22/07

I will wait for the kinks on this one to get worked out but of course I will be flashing this. I also have a problem with the 9.6rom weather program. I go to type in my zip and the program says it can't find my zip...any ideas?

Quick release! Very cool. I love the phoneAlarm skin.

So far so good. Had an issue with bluetooth that worked itself out. The only snag is with email. I can see a list of messages but when I click one it animates like it's opening but nothing happens. The message is never displayed. I'm syncing with an exchange server.

Any ideas?

I have that same issue swank.. Since I use my email so much, I think I'll go back to 9.6 for now and update when it's fixed.

But, other than that, very cool rom BigJ, and very quick to get it out!

Yep im getting the email issue too. back to 9.6 i go.

Also another bug i noticed. with every revision before this one, when using phone alarm, i put my ringtones/sounds in the extended rom. PA used to be able to see that folder when it looked for sounds. now it doesnt. i tried a reinstall of Phone Alarm, and no use.

I think the rapidshare link is maxed out right now, gotta wait a couple hours.
its not even uploaded on woofiles. srsly, that hosting site is garbage. im downloading something from there right now, and its going at a BLAZINGLY fast speed of 4.5k/s

Email is not working?.... that is bad, bad, bad. i dont use it anymore but i can set it back up and test. Again, this was released pre-test so i do appreciate you guys taking the plunge to figure these things out.

i didnt touch any of the outlook files so this may be a serious issue with the kitchen. Ill dig around and see what comes up. Thank you.

and no you dont have to follow the first three steps if you just soft reset before your customization runs.

- Verified the email issue by setting up my gmail for pop3..

gesus that sux ass. i dont know where to start. ill get on it right away though. lemme burn a BASE kitchen rom and ill start testing one change at a time..
