Tracking friend's location through GPS

is there a program that you can use on the ppc 6700, where you can track your friends location like the boost mobile customers in the boost mobile comercial "i know where you're at...do you know where im at?"

Garmin Navigation Software will do this if you enable it, and have a GPS Reciever.

see www.franson.com as GpsGate allows tracking, as well. Works great--storm chasers are using it.
