Locked out
I realigned my screen before changing the format to landscape. I accidently locked my phone and can not get it unlocked. Took it in to Verizon and they could not unlock it. Any suggestions?

Tap your stylis in the small hole next to usb port. (soft reset). Unless you have some other problem... . you should not lose any information at all. It will just reboot back to normal. Its happend to me.

Am I missing something? If he locked his screen with a 4 digit code (I think its 4 digits) then there is no way to get around it other than hard resetting. A soft reset will only reboot and bring him right back to a password screen.
