How do I send/recieve ringtone to other phones?

My friends and I trade ringtones. I'm the only one with a WM5 phone. Everyone else has an basic phone with bluetooth. All they have to do is find the ringtone, and send it via bluetooh.

How do I do this for my phone? I go to bluetooth settings, and add a new device, and so far, I add 5 friends. Only one of them will accept my ringtones(its .m4a). Any ideas why I cant send it to the other four?
