Do you mean the native PIM.vol file on the phone? No, there is no program that can extract that info in a usable format. You can look at it with a text editor. Are you trying to copy them to another phone or email client? The best way would be to use the PIM backup program:

You can export a .csv file to another email client or transfer the backup file to another phone and restore it there. Hope this helps.
