Yea, hear is MY OEM of latest manila Ver19 working for apache..

Nothing else is needed but latest "Opera_v9_5_Build_2392_QVGA_WWE" from latest "PPCkitchen.rar" you can download manually.
I chose not to update my kitchen yet, just manually downloaded rar file. I would use older Helmi Build, or Lenny to fit more OEMS in.

Put this in your kitchen and set page pool to 10-11.
You will be happy.
EDIT: Updated OEM(fixed shortcuts)
EDIT AGAIN::: FILE DELETED!!
Ha dont worry just made a slightly trimmer OEM with hacked themes... go2 last post page 11.

While it does turn landscape mode, it isn't really optimized for that view so its not really usable..

Side note, sory I overlooked 3 shortcuts made by my OEM dont work , no prob 2 fix next time..

Also, even though latest opera navigates web pages best, my keyboard isnt responding, so mayby this Opera OEM needs checking

SOO close! Where do I set the page pool?

Found it; nothing a little bit of self reliance couldn't solve.

Album.lnk---> \Windows\HTCAlbum.exe
GoogleMaps.lnk---> \Windows\000-GoogleMaps.exe
Audio Manager.lnk---> \Windows\AudioManager.exe

Link and youtube is explained in OEM Optional.xml file
In kitchen it pops up when you leave mouse over it.
I chose not to add it as it doenst work fully.

I'm going to add Videofixes and change theme soon.
I probably cannot add the Calendar tab because it is from malia "3D", not "2D"...
