Meh, lag showed up late last night. Oh well, it was worth a try. It's still a cool app. makes tweaking windows faster.

Guys,
You can't give up that easily, can you? Are you that attached to your typing lag, ..

Anyways, please make sure you follow these steps:

1. Try if you can to hard-reset before doing this. (Preferred, but optional)

2. Make sure you are running 6.1, and 19716, and no other programs installed.
3. Change the following settings:
- No capitalization on first word of sentance, found on the third tab "Options" under Input Settings
- Turn off the other setting there, too. (Scroll upon reaching the last line.)
- Change the settings for Word Completion, to:
+ Suggest Words when entering text, [</] (Enabled)
+ Suggest After entering 3 letters
+ Suggest 2 words
+ Add Space after word [ ] (Not enabled)
+ Enable Auto Correct [ ] (Not enabled)

4. Start>Settings>Buttons - Make the delay the shortest, but the repeat in between the 4th and 3rd; you find this under Up/Down Control

After you have done all of these settings, then you install this program. Then, you change it to show 10 words.

You should notice that although the typing might appear to be slower than WM5, it still doesn't lag like before, even though you can now see 10 word prediction.

Please report your findings.

It isn't bad for me. Only after a soft reset when I first use the physical keyboard.

What do you mean? It works fine until you soft-reset without this, or with this? Or do you mean that the only problem you have, is when you first soft-reset?

I trashed this app. I did a hard reset. I never really have a typing lag, only when I first slide the keyboard open.

Well I still don't know what to say to that, but maybe you problem is different. I have no clue without knowing what programs you are using the keyboard in, or what your installed programs are. If you would like to talk about it, just PM me. Otherwise, please let's keep this topic for discussion about the fix that is under consideration.
Thanks for understanding.

Re: Typing Lag Solution(?)

The app makes it run the same as if I were to manually set it up. It works great at first in the sms, but after a day or so it slows to a crawl and misses every other character or so. I just turn it all off. I'd rather be able to type than get suggested words.

Re: Typing Lag Solution(?)

I JUST noticed you said to run build 19716. I'm running 19213. Maybe I will try updating...
