Does 'try to Flash' mean hard reset ? Seriously I dont know...

You guys are my only hope...phone tech support is useless.. especially when a chick answers.

Flashing means to put a new ROM on the Phone. And REV version is NOT refering to Windows Mobile Device Center. THe numbers at the bottom of the bootloader screen need to match the REV drop down box in the kitchen. Have you watched my videos? I've helped quite a few people get their machines running so I'm sure this will work for you.

Junkie, Can you just tell me what & where I need to download to put the ROM on the phone and to get the REX in the kitchen?

I dont see any of your videos mentioning "how to get out of bootmode" so I didnt watch any.

I need like a Dummies guide...because I know when I call tech support tomorrow their going to be azzes and just tell me I need a new one.

Thread could be closed.. After 3 days of screwing around, I tried it on an XP computer and it recognized and updated everything perfectly. Thank god. Was just about to return it.

To Hell with Vista !!
