help with vista and internet sharing

so ive been usin my friends laptop and havent tired 2 use internet sharin till now
i run internet sharin
it connects ...im able 2 get online but within acouple mins i get 2 errors sayin

host process for windows services stopped working and was closed

and

DCOM server process launcher service terminated unexpectedly

and restarts the comp
any one know wat the deal is?
ive only been usin vista for 2days and im not 2 smart when it comes 2 comps
some one please help
