Help! My phone has gone nuts!

When I end a phone call, my Apache will stay in the phone app and sit at "Connected" for 5-10 minutes, even though it's not still in the call (no sound, etc)... and sometimes I have to do a soft-reset to get functionality out of my phone again... but when i DO soft-reset after that, the "P" and "R" Fields on the boot screen (Before "LOADING") are blank. Normally P says SNAZ-40306, and R says 1.43.00.

And, sometimes my phone will "dial" out, and say "DIALING..." for the entire length of a phone call... and when I hit "END" or press the end button on the front of the phone, it does nothing...

I just did a hard reset, and the P and R fields are blank...


Can anyone help me, please?
