Bigger buttons

Is there a free program - maybe a skin - for the phone app that makes the on-screen buttons bigger? I iherited my dad's sausage fingers (thick fingers with very square, blunt fingertips) and trying to touch dial is a real hit-and-miss proposition for me.

It would be nice if it was smart-dialer compatible, but that's not really a deal breaker since the voice speed dialer app that came with the phone seems to work pretty well for me.....
