Can't Recv Pix/Flix messages

Hi folks. For some reason, I am unable to Receive Pix/Flix messages, but I can send them. I spent an hour or so on the phone with verizon support, and they weren't able to help me, as I'm "using third-party software". Any suggestions?

I can send/recv text messages just fine. Just not Recv Pix/Flix messages
