the settings no longer work for sprint. I can login into my pictures.sprintpcs.com account and send and receive picture mail via the web interface and it works perfect, but through the mms app sending pictures no longer works at all, it used to like a year ago but I decided to give it a spin and start actually using it and it no longer works. I have configured it ofcourse and when I send I actually get a msg from the program saying send complete but it never gets to the number and logging into pictures.sprintpcs.com doesnt show any new pictures in my inbox.

I rarely send pic mail, but recently I tried to send one and when I hit "new" absolutely nothing happens.

When I try to send one from pix and vids it just sits in the outbox with no recipient. There is no way to add the "to:" info.

I know that the Arcsoft software and hack worked fine in 3.5 and I don't know what could possibly have changed to make it not work. I reinstalled it and nothing changed. Any ideas?

Is there a way to increase the sending size limit? I tried this:

Use ur regedit program and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI

I upped it as far as possible, but still have a 350K limit.

YES!!! DITTO

Okay so I went to the Wiki and to the Noob guide for the Sprint HTC Apache, then I clicked on the "here" in the first part of the tutorial for the MMS thing. I followed the instructions to the T and can send/receive pics . Only problem I noticed is the the link you receive to view a picture has a space in the end of it that keeps a bit of it off the link you click on. I just copied and pasted the extra bit and there was the picture no problem. Before I was just getting a link to the Picture mail site. But once the entire link was pasted it was the picture and all normal options.

I have no idea why that happened, my hubby's ppc got the MMS correct and displayed correctly as well. Just mine was being wierd

EDIT: umm... yeah... too many threads looked at today for me... I linked back to this very one, page one. Nice.

I've gotten nothing on integrating it with the threaded app. I have that but haven't installed it because I have no idea what will mess with what etc.

Picture Mail

I installed the .cab file from the automatic link. Everything seems to be there, but when I try to send a picture it shows to be sending, but then a few minutes later I get a message that the file could not be sent would I like to try again or try later. No mater which option you pick it continues to give the same message. What are my options to fix this.

MMS help.

hey guys i have a problem. I just got a new PPC 6700 and was in the process of hacking and tweaking to my liking, everything was going fine until MMS. This isn't my first time installing this so im not a noob, hence the reason why im baffled as to why it doesn't work. Anyway i can send pics but when i recieve pics i get the message saying :The file'http://pictures.sprintpcs.com/?........MMS' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file." Now i have reintalled this and followeed all the instruction exactly.. but i cant get it to work.. someone please help.

Check your file associations. You probably associated MMS files with another program such as TCPMP or Resco Picture Viewer, or something. You need to set it back to IE or Opera, whichever browser you use. You can either edit the registry key or use SKTools to do this.
