Getting email in Outlook
Okay, I need to know how to get email on my 6700 immediately when I recieve it on my computer. It's not hotmail or gmail it's my business email. TIA!

you can use a Direct Push which Im not sure about syncing it with ur home computers outlook. Because it syncs with a exchange server, I just forward my other emails to it. Or you can us Emoze which is a program that has to be installed on the desktop and ppc i do believe but it will push ur outlook mail at home once its recieved there to the ppc. Both of these options are free. hope this helps.

When you are setting up direct push email and you all ready have outlook on your PPC set to receive email from your PC, such as your office or work email it is necessary to sync first and go to options and uncheck the outlook mail. If you don't do this, what you will end up with is, an active sync error. It is trying to sync email from 2 sources the push mail server and the outlook from your PC. So if you are going to try to set up push mail keep this in mind. I hope this helps 8)

|
It says
server information then it asks for incoming mail: Outgoing mail: and Domain: I got the incoming and outgoing off of my Outlook, but I don't have a domain Now I'm getting one of my work email accounts (I have two jobs) but not my other one, the important one. grrr. . . |
It may just be away of telling u where it came from, have you tried entering something like Job1 or something generic?
