I prefer HELMI_Apache_3.5_KITCHEN_PPC-GEEKS_r1.2-pre myself because it is a great clean base to use. But I haven't tried them all so maybe somebody else will have a better idea.

Same here. I have had no problems with it at all.

Thanks!

Hey crawwrj, could you check your OEM for this and make the change. Test first and make comparisons. works great for me now.

For those of you using Voice command and feel the bt volume is too low sometimes, make the following reg entry changes for vc. i have been searching for how to change the volume and finally found it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Soundcategories\Voi ceCommand1
"attenuationCategory" currently at 3, change to 1
"InitVol" currently at 5, change to 3

Thanks to BigJ for giving me the values i need to change

Any news on if the wmp commands work?

Also, is there confirmation that the bluetooth / button 5 issues are solved? I think crawrj stated that they are working, but it looks like vboyz103 is having problems. Just looking for confirmation and not trying to bug!

@crawj

I am currently using Eten dialer, and also I did *not* rename the folder. I downloaded the OEM and extract as is and dump it into my OEM. But I also have wisbar folder which follows after VoiceCmd folder. Wonder if that makes a difference.

Button 5 issue has been resolved as far as i know, Colonel entered reg entries found by luv2chill in voice command registry, which we were using prior to him making that change in his rom.

HKLM\Software\OEM
Create new key "VoiceCommand" (without quotes if it doesnt exist)
Create new string value "Path" (also without quotes under VoiceCommand)
data value is left blank.

With these values, VC can now be set to button 5 and not button 5 (press and hold)

I have my Dr schultz o2Eten dialer and Webpatricks big black key dialer (both with smart dialer working), reconfigured to work with our phones and new AKU.
The pharnc, pharnhtc, msfc80?? and smartdial dlls in those dialer skins are big culprits to why ## keys dont work, camera, pic and vid hang, phone options dont work, wait 15 secs for phone error after tryin to send text. you can pm me for more info if needed, if you already have or had my eten o2 dialer skin, you can use win ce cab manager to comare the cabs and make the changes, also delete this reg entry in the cab if you see it "HKLM\Security\Phone\Features=0x00000018(24)"
