I only posted the generic kitchen because the only difference between the two ROMs is the inclusion of the Sprint customizations (which you can find on the FTP site) and the standard Sprint bootscreen. It takes about 2 minutes to make the Sprint ROM out of the generic kitchen.

Jeff, is your download server having problems today? I have tried several times to download the Clean & Simple ROM and it times out every time.

Finally tried this today and was very impressed. The speed def increased and everything works fine...except the mms. does his really work? because every time i get a mms it goes into the text messaging folder and when i send mms it never reaches the person. Im on sprint by the way.

I installed the C&S Generic and my ## numbers no longer work. I'm sure there is a Sprint customization for this. Anyone know where I should start my search?

Well, in usual fashion I posted too quickly. I installed two customizations, the "PhoneSetting_HelpFile.sa.cab" because I needed to clear a voicemail icon and the "Customize_SPCS.sa.cab" because I thought that one sounded promising. One of them turned the ## screen back on. I'm guessing it was the Customize_SCPS.sa.cab.

Anyone know which other custom cabs I absolutely need?

On another note, for some reason my the power meter on my system goes down to 20 percent in a matter of a few hours and then stays there for the rest of the day. Has anyone had similar problems? This occurs with two different batteries.

I am using your Clean and Simple right now and love it. Works great!
And I prefer to pick most my own applications.
Only problem I have is:

I can get button 1 to work with anything but context Menu.

I did not backup my rom this time.
and don't want to hard reset right now.
Hopefully your busy working on the new clean and simple!
But if you know the fix and have a few would appreciate any suggestions.

Unfortunately, I've never seen any 3.5 ROM that allows you to set the notes button to anything. Near as I can tell, there's something weird going on in the registry, as the assignment I set to press and hold on the record button works if I just press it, like there's an "extra line" in the list.

That's button 5. If you're actually talking about button 1, the Start menu button, I have no idea. Works fine in my testing and I'd suggest seeing if it still does it after a hard reset.
