Missing Sprint Connction

I just flashed my phone with a rom that I put the sprint oem into and it. my evdo connect is missing now and I'm just curious what all the steps and settings are to reprogram it back.

Just add a new dialup connection to #777 using the cellular modem, no user name and password.
