Disassembly manual for the 6700 v1.0
I uploaded a manual with pictures I made for taking apart the 6700. Some folks over at pdaphonehome asked for this, but after trying to upload it there I gave up and put it on the ftp here.
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Apache/Sixftunda If anyone feels it needs clarification or I made a mistake somewhere please let me know and I will update it. |
Nice work sixftunda! If you don't mind, that type of thing would work really well on the wiki (though it's good to have an "offline" version as well).
Thanks for making and sharing that guide. It's a good resource. |
Thats a good idea, I will get it up on the wiki
|
Cool... for some strange reason I can't wait for something to break so that I to actually need to do this.
|
Umm perhaps someone more wiki literate could help me?
Well I got the text up just gotta figure out how to get the pics up |
okay, so i went and cleaned up this wiki text. Added a menue and links to the photos.
The wiki seems to have disabled photo uploads so viewing them directly on there is not possible?, well at least i don't know how yet. Hope its to your liking. |
WOW! Thanks a lot for cleaning that up vtigre. Once we get the pictures up it will be finished. I will be working this weekend so I wont have time to research it more, so if anyone knows how grab them off the ftp and run with it!

SIGH.... ftp is down

SIGH.... ftp is down

some of the image links are broken, but i am going to fix it shortly. The photos are linked away from the ftp, so as long as the wiki is up, you can right click the photo and click "save target as" or something of that nature to save it unto your computer. This is the solution until we figure out how to put the photos to show up on the wiki.
