No no no. The MSL is used after the PRL feeder has been loaded by ##PRL#. It appears your phone doesn't have a PRL feeder app so you're out of luck. Call *2 to get your PRL updated.

Alltel PRL
Any chance that one of you more learned fellas would package the alltel prl file for those few of us using a ppc6700 on alltel? The prl file is available on coroladas site but the ##PRL# codes don't work on my phone. Are there other techniques I can use?

I now have 20227. I did it the old fashioned way, which BTW actually was painless compared to trying to use Vista to get something on my phone
