my phone is not charging. please help

Hey, i'm having problems charging my phone. i know there is a thread somewhere but i can't find it so i made another one. i have two batteries and tried to charge them both. everytime i plug it up, the opening sprint screen keeps popping up then turnin off then poppin up. please help
