I have been flashing with SP3 beta and rtm. No problems with SP3.

I had upgraded my phone to 6.1 having SP3 installed, there are no major changes to windows with it and nothing has happened to my active sync either. I think that the question is with his bootloader, Is he doing it right? or the phone might be acting up.
