The 2nd one can be done. I sync via WiFi to an Exchange server (only grabbing the email) that sits at my house while I am at work. Its pretty simple to setup. Exchange server setup will walk you thru it (has to be Exchange 2003 or greater to use the Push technology).

Thanks for the quick response. I'm actually just wanting to keep it all local (my home computer) and know that it's staying up to date. I would love to do it via wi-fi however at work I can't get my pda on our wi-fi network. Our company locks them out. So, I'm wanting to see if I can sync via activesync over the web to my exchange server. Our company has us so locked down that I can't install outlook and I'm using google calendar with it syncing automatically at home to keep that up to date. I'm still not sure how to sync my contacts either 'cause google doesn't do that. Just wondering what're my options knowing I can't install outlook here at work. I used to have it installed and just synced between home and work just fine, but then all sorts of weird errors started showing up on my work laptop and they re-imaged the box, and now say I can't load outlook.

Just looking for some advice. I also don't use email through my pda very much, maybe I would more if I found a better solution, just can't get wi-fi most of the day 'cause of the lockout. sorry for the long response.
