Been using this one(not latest, but in between) and working better.
Nice integration of battery meter.
testing more...so far so good!

Since the update isn't posted yet... another observation about a possible glitch in the ROM.
I've been noticing that the OS often seems to be searching for the signal strength and the battery level shows as "unknown".
Curiously, PhoneAlarm shows the correct signal strength and battery levels at the same time! It's usually the other way around.

there is a new nk.nbf on the ftp, or should be. I will check.

didn't see one dated after 4/16.
Is anyone else having any issue logging into the FTP?

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Using this to logon.

UPDATE: Found it. Logon worked, refreshed and voila.
So. Slightly OT~ when going into the FTP directory, does it have to be specially "refreshed" or something? I was looking at that directory all morning and didn't see that file that was apparently there since 6:48AM!

Is there a backup that can be done that will save the non-ROM installed programs and the setting for all programs without screwing up the tweaks to the new ROM?
ie. I like the O2 setup, my Today screen arrangement and my PocketInformant/PocketBreeze setup.
I'm just looking for a a timesaver.

Best thing to do for things like that is to track down the registry entries and then add them to the custom settings cab. I have a cab that will do this for me. for instance, it will set up all of my prefered settings, register any necessary apps, input my peronsal info, etc.
