I tried doing the upgrade, but some how my phone won't take it and its stuck on serial mode or usb when I plug it in. Where can I find the original rom to put on my phone? Or what should I do?

I want my Kervin's Clean & Simple ROM!
 

:) once, I wanted my MTV -like so many people around here I'm sure :) However, while I could live without my MTV, I cannot live without Kervin's excellent work. Unfortunately, I cannot download it and it would seem I cannot connect to the ftp. I wouldn't mind trying the new unified rom but I can't get to it either. help and suggestions are much appreciated.
Also, is there a patch to fix the skipping when listening to music on a bluetooth headset? I seem to recall that some 2.2 based custom roms were free of the skipping malady.

I believe Kirvin's roms weren't posted on the FTP, but on one of the file share sites. I don't recall which one though. You might try and search for "Kirvin rom".

Does anyone from this thread know if any of the ROM "cooks" are working on an iPhone ROM for the 6700?

Why is this thread still a sticky?
There's no "CUSTOM ROM INSTALLERS - Compiled for you!" any more.

I keep checking here to see if the links are updated. Is this still the plan?

What happened to this thread and its links?

Most of these ROMs are VERY out of date, and thus it wouldn't make much sense to update the links. It would however make sense to un-sticky it.
