XV6700 disconecting from Network constantly.

Ok i searched but couldn't find anything. I really need some help.

I upgraded to the 3.3 about a month ago.

Yesterday it started this crap where it keeps disconnecting from the network over and over again. I cant make a call, i cant get incoming calls. The only thing i get it text messages (sending them is hit and miss) and emails about the same.

Is there something that i can do? I'm afraid of taking it into verizon and having it warranty replaced because of the 3.3 upgrade, if theres a way to turn it back or make it appear normal please let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also i have done 3 hard resets and constantly doing soft resets cuz it locks up when i make calls.
