Okay to ebay my apache with helmi's wm6?

I now have my mogul up and running reasonably satisfactorily (although we never quit messing with them, do we?), and I need to put my 6700 up for adoption on ebay. Is it illegal/unfair to anyone to leave the helmi rom on it, or should I flash back to stock? Just trying to save some time if it is not offensive to anyone.

There was a discussion about this some time back, I think it was decided it was not bad to sell a phone with the OS upgrade but at the time there were people selling the 'upgrade' itself and THAT is what was frowned upon so I think you are good to go.

yes i remeber i started that thread i never ended up selling it there are to many parts mising..but they did say it was ok as long as i wasnt selling the software as my own

Im sure as long as you let the winning bidder know that it doesn't have the Stock ROM on it, you should be good.

yeah taht last part is true lol selling what isn't theirs
