download the one i posted above...unzip it and place it directly on your ppc under windows. leave it named welcome.exe

oh lo l now i getcha so i put the file u gave me and put it in the windows folder in my ppc and did a soft reset but it still went to the align screen

mobile device---->my windows mobile device based device--->windows---> i place the file here

also try going to \windows\start up folder and delete welcome.lnk on your ppc
