Today theme and colors

So I liked the black/gray color scheme that my Apache had after I installed a 6.0 ROM. I wanted to know what the Windows Default looked like on 6.0 so I selected it just to see, didn't like the faded blue so I went back to the Today settings and selected the Htc_default again. The Today screen is colored properly, but in all the menus and windows the scroll bar, tabs and font colors are all still the Windows Default blue colors. Soft reset didn't return anything back to the old colors.

Anybody have an idea other than re-flashing that would bring back those system color schemes? I don't know where else to look on my device.
