SMS tone problem

im using photocontact pro, and every now and then (kind of frequently) my sms tones stop working, when this happens, if I open photocontact pro to check tones it also won't let me listen to them, to preview them, a soft reset solves this problem but only temporarily, anyone ever experience this? or know of a fix for this?

I likes PhotoContactsPro but it had its bugs. I think the last version I used was v5.07

im running 5.08 latest version, the main reason i use it is for the call profiles, is there any other app, that his the same profile options?
