i found an older build of 6.1 and managed to get it to load as cricket as the carrier. after i murdered the IE reg edit from the previous postings, i have mms. hurray

however a new feature poped up
wher i send an sms i get another sms that the message was delivered. not the windows popup, a sms

so, since this fix for mms worked, since i killed the reg edit for connection in the reg, it would seem that getting skyfire or operamini working. it acts like it wants to create the sta connection, but it doesnt. and if i open PIE it adds back that reg setting that pooches mms. Ideas?

To disable messages sent notification:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSDelivery Notify = 0 (DWORD decimal) and/or

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSNoSentMs g = 1 (DWORD decimal)

wherw and what do i do for cricket on 6900 touch sprint flashed to cricket?....
i use to get pix text but had to
shut off internet
go to
\
\\pluggins
and another 10 steps to default
and then i would be able to deownlaod em.....
to much bs,,, not flashed right

i followed another forum and now it changed my internet settings and now i can't get to internet now....

I feel ya. But really there are cricKet roms for all these HTC PPC phones out there.
Just search around.
And if you fell frisky download the PPC Kitchen.
Not nearly as intimidating as it seems....just read EVERYTHING first.
6900 & 6800 are a lot easier than 6700 to get MMS working consistently.
The internet settings are easy especially on those pre-fab roms.

I had to Soft Reset the phone before all chances took effect. Everything is working fine

Be sure to Soft Reset the Audiovox 6700 after all changes have been keyed in

I assume you mean in the x-cricket-mdn just the number ####### not #######@mms.mycricket.com

i show messages but when they try to download it sets on 0% for a few seconds then says unable to download.
