help with flashing rom with sd card on ppc6700

I'm currently running a version of wm6 on my ppc6700 and the issue is that my usb port inst functioning at all. I tried to do a hard reset to fix the usb issue but that just ended up screwing up the rom i have on there. now it is as if it were running a completly different rom that doesn't function. is there any way i can flash a stock rom or any rom just so i can operate the phone.
