Smartfilter Pro On PPC-6700

I just put Smartfilter Pro on my Sprint PPC-6700 and when it initiates it asks me for a country code and provider code. I don't know what these are and no matter what I put in it will not start up saying that it cannot load the databases. Then it aborts.

Does anyone know how to configure this? I looked on Novosec's website and there isn't any solutions there.
