What to do when MDN and MSID given by service provder are different?

What to do when MDN and MSID given by service provider are different?

For most people here they have the same MDN and MSID numbers. Why did I get different ones from Cricket and how would that affect my settings?

Can I ask Cricket to give me a common number?

Any such experiences?

Re: What to do when MDN and MSID given by service provder are different?

I've seen this with people who ported their number to a different carrier.

This does not really affect anything. I have Verizon and my MDN and MIN numbers are both different. In fact I called my MIN number and got some strange person's voice mail!

I didn't port my number and my MIN and MDN are different. Unless your service is disrupted then don't worry about it.
