Not Vision capable
 

since the hc6.1 went so well, I thought I'd add on vision, well, sprint is saying they can't add it onto my account b/c my phone doesn't support mms or sTV.!!!! I told her that I was using it as we spoke, just getting charged p/kb. Idiots!!!! ID10T error

sad times....when the person (could of been a newbie) does not understand the concept of vision as in interneting/email...etc. I would call back and talk to another rep. that knows what you are talking about.

These CSRs are taught that the same data connection for regular phones is not the same as what the PDA/PPCs use. There just needs to be some clarification somewhere.

lol, yea i called back and went to tech support. the first rep did get it on the account even though she insisted she hadn't and was not going to be chared $15....

All is well, just had to vent.
