You don't need one if you just use installer files from other roms.

You don't build it. All you do is extract another insaller and delete that nk.nbf file and then copy the one you want over. Then hit the MaUpgradeUt_noID file and it will install everything for you perfectly. It is very, very easy.

The latest is actually the beta 3 that he uploaded last night. I am putting that one in there as we speak.
