I believe u guys still confuse about OEM pack? whats the confusin part?

btw for crossbow look with ur device try this:
ftp://xda:mad:da@ftp.xda-developers....ssbowTheme.rar

its an aku 3.5 OS & LOC but u just need to extract:
shellres.96.dll
gwes.exe.0409.mui
crossbow dialpad skin
crossbow sound (wav)
crossbow WM player skin

or maybe try to built AKU3.5 on ur own? hehe

I thought you ran into issues with AKU3.5 - any pointers as to what issues you ran into?

yes I did... but the AKU3.5 (OS & LOC) is should be independent... the problem is I dont hv the device with me... so I cant test it deeply, I dont know what Drivers or OEM is create the conflict... since u guys hv the device, maybe u guys hv better change to use it, by remove some of apache driver (only leave the basic driver for testing purpose, or remove some of oem pack only the really basic one for compability issues, etc)...

btw here another version (u just need to grab its LOC & OS):
ftp://xda:mad:da@ftp.xda-developers....chen_Test1.rar
or here:
ftp://xda:mad:da@ftp.xda-developers....itchen__R0.rar

but u should gettin familiar first with the kitchen stuff and how its work... but as I can see u hv running rom built with kitchen...so maybe a comparating, investigate whats compatible whats not is possible.?

btw I havent see anyone talking about paging pool for Apache?
paging pool is seriously increase ur device speed, but u must choose the right size for ur device, cos It will effect ur free program memory.
fyi BA with 16mb Paging pool? run twice as fast as it original state (2.8mb)
Hima also the same...

here's how to patch APACHE Paging pool:

open nk.nba with hex editor, I use winhex for the simplicity purpose and find hex string 64B00000640000002E2E2E2E00002E2E where 2E is the joker string or wildcard in winhex. then U'll hv/go to this posisition as ilustrated in picture:

as u can see my AKU3.3 is using 8mb paging pool, the standar Apache if I'm not mistaken is 4-5-6mb.... go adventure... try to set it 10mb (A0 00), or 12mb (C0 00) or 16mb (00 01) and see if ur device fly or not...

hopes this info is usefull...

I've been reading up on this timezone patch, but couldn't find an answer to this question. If you do auto time sync to the sprint network, would you still need this patch?

Probably not, but then again its Sprint. If you are building a rom you might as well put it in.

If I want to include my normal custom settings in my rom, such as power settings (l.e. screen off in 10 seconds, brightness level, etc.), where in the registry would I find that information?
