ppc6700 wont call out or recieve calls.. no radio

Hey everyone, I hope theres someone out there that can help me, this is getting annoying as hell..
Currently running wm6 but it was doing this before I upgraded.
I am running prl 1050. I have reset a million plus times, I have even hard reset a few times.

What happens is people try to call me and it doesnt come thru. I Try to dial out and it stops at when it says dialing and doesnt go any further. But the phone itself doesnt lock up just the phone dialer program?.

When I reset the phone and this pops up in the red writing on the bottom I know the phone will work:

h/w=2 p snaz-40306
m=12 r 1.12.00
u=4 d 3.60.70 wwe

But when it doesnt work it pops up:

h/w=2 r none
m=12
u=4 d 3.60.70 wwe

When it loads like that the phone function wont work, and there are x's in the phone service areas.

Ill try to reset it about 50 times and sometimes it will load fine then work for a few minutes then go back to the "none" with no signal?
