You might want to check and see if your Pressure Threshold went way down...

HKLM/Software/Drivers/Touch/PressureThreshold

try to double or even triple the current settings

I have mine set to 15000

i use this apps and my apache still working good with stylus (also with finger...:evil4:)...
but, i cant align the screen....its normal?

I had a friends 600 with WM5 recently that wouldnt work with his stylus but would with his fingers, after a hard reset everything worked fine.
