i NEED THE FAZTORY ROOM FILE FOR THIS UNIT, DUE TO THAT A HARD RESET DONT FIX THE ISSUES IN MY UNIT. THANKS

Um, slow down and describe your issues so we can help find a solution to your problem. Are you stuck in bootloader mode? What is it that a hard reset is not fixing?

if you're still stuck in the bootloader mode, just download your cellular provider's rom from the utstar.com site. hopefully, that'll get you out of the bootloader screen. i had to do this last week.

WELL I DID A HARD RESET AND THE UNIT DOES NOT GOES BACK TO THE FACTORY ROOM, IT KEEPS THE SAME UPDATED ONE I HAD, ALSO WHEN I CLICK ON THE TOP OF THE PHONE SERVICE ICON IT TELLS ME A WIRELESS RADIO MUST BE ATTACHED TO USE THE PHONE, IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATED. THANKS GUYS

I DID TRY TO RE-DOWNLOAD THE SPRINT AND FACTORY ROOM AND MY UNIT WONT ACEPT, IT SAYS ERROR AND THIS ROOM VERSION IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOUR UNIT.
