For those of you stuck in bootloader.
I have been reading apparently if u can find mtty.exe which I use to have but can't seem to find right now you can use it and "set 14 0" and this should fix that issue. (taken from xda)

USB does not appear in my drop-down list. Does anyone know how to get it to show up? Is there some sort of driver I need?
Thanks.
