Apache Car Cradle with GPS

Does anyone know of a cradle/mount for your vehicle that includes an integrade bluetooth receiver? I would like to have a mount that charges my phone, and use my phone for navigation, but I'm trying to avoid the bluetooth gps receivers if I can. Thanks, Doug
