Just to let you all know, I have problems often with my charger, and my battery doesn't hardly last more than a few hours of extensive use, without Wifi. With Wifi it lasts about 45min-/ really horrible and I think it is just the battery is has gone bad.
Some suggestions, plug in your charger, then turn off your device and wait 10 secs, in like 9/10 times it will take a few seconds to start charging. But, it finishes in about an hour or less. If that doesn't work, reset your device then repeat. This applies for Wall Outlet charging. I rarely have any problems with PC connections.

my old charger had 10w and a 700mA max also i tried a usb to wall adapter which is 400MA but it works better than my 700MA one but gone to follow suggestions be back
