How to use A2DP bluetooth headsets.
2 Attachment(s)
Making A2DP work on your PPC-6700 is very simple. All you have to have is the file attached, ur PPC-6700, and a A2DP compatible headset.
1. Download the attached .zip file on your ppc. Either directly or activsync it over and extract files. 2. Install the Tornado_A2DP.CAB and then install the Tor_A2DP_cert.CAB 3. Soft reset the device. 4. Pair your headset with the phone, making sure you select the set as wireless stereo option, and your DONE! That simple now you can listen to your favorite music with stereo quality! |
Installed the A2DP but don't have a wireless headset yet. I really don't know if I set it up correctly and I don't see the wireless stereo option.

You have to have a A2DP compatible headset paired with the phone to get the option. When you have it paired in the bluetooth menu, you can tap and hold to get the option to set a wirless stereo.

The Motorola HT820 are nice. And I have found some of these for around $70-$75 which isnt that bad, Im sure there cheaper ones out there though. Around how much you trying to spend? Heres a link a HT820 set for $72.95. Motorola HT820 Headset and you can check out this for more info on them HT820 Features

$70 is not a bad price but still alittle pricy for me. Guess I'll stick with the stock headset for now and wait for the price to drop some more.
