I've gone and done it.

Yup, I bitched long and hard enough to Qwest regarding my malcontent with this freak'n Apache and WM5 that they are going to send me an upgrade!! =D> =D>

I'm getting a Mogul! (F'n Sweet!)

You know what they say: "The squeaky wheel gets the grease." LOL

I am now in desperate need of a replacement top bezel to my Apache; does anyone know where I can get one????

As my Apache is still under warranty, they are replacing it for free, but I have to send back the Apache. However, I fear they may deem the rather deep gouges on the corner of the phone as reason to charge me full price for the replacement Mogul - I'd rather avoid this possiblity.

Please help!
