Battery Charging... how often

I apologize but I'm new with this technology... and THANKS to all cause as soon as i got this PPC i joined here and learned a lot from everyone here!!

my quetion is ... should I always completely drain the battery before charging it? or can i just pop it on the dock when I'm home.. and let it sit...

Also...

as soon as the charge is complete do i take it off ASAP or can it sit??

usually I just pop it on the dock before i go to bed and take it off in the morning...

thanx in advance

I don't think it matters, I throw mine on the charge any and all the time. gotta keep the battery fully charged as much as I use mine And I do the same as u charge whilei sleep and I think its safe to leave on the charger when its done also.

yeah anytime I am at my computer, I have it cradled so it will charge, when i am in my car I have it charging, and also while I am asleep it is charging. I never wanna have a dead battery. i use the extended battery from ebay and it is great. always got the OEM on standby just in case.

Lithium batteries should be charged whenever you get the chance... they aren't like old batteries. The more you charge them the longer they will last.
