xv6700 Remote Wipe Util/Software?

Does a program exist that could remotely wipe out all data on the xv6700?

What I am looking for is a security tool of some sort that if the xv6700 is stolen, it would be remotely wiped out/locked down so the person that stole would basically have a bricked phone (not that I want to brick it, just lock it completely down).

I seen a post in a new magazine that Microsofts System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008 (due out 2nd quarter 0 has a tool for remote device wipe.

Reason for software request: want to use xv6700's in a corp enviroment as the all-in-one device (pda/phone/modem for tether, etc.).

yes there is....some work on sms "hotword"....cant think of the software.....try google

With Exchange 2007, then you have the option to remote wipe. The phone may need to be running WM5 AKU 3.5 or higher, or WM6, though. I'd have to double check that.

Actually, just checked. It's actually available on Exchange 2003 with SP2.

Thanks. Did not realize that remote wipe was available on Exchange 2003.

Do you know if Remote Wipe clears data or does it just do a Hard Reset?
Also, does Remote Wipe function on removable media? (say the miniSD card)

Remote wipe via Exchange DOES CLEAR the STORAGE CARD ALSO! So be careful, I learned the hard way!
